Building a healthier community

As a Community Activator I am passionate about bringing better health to all members of the community, particularly those who might struggle to access fitness through conventional means.

I am available to work with other agencies to consult on fitness, movement and nutrition for groups within the wider community and workplaces. I am a pre and postnatal fitness specialist and have extensive experience working with young people.

Speaking out

If you are organising a group and would like an outside expert to speak on topics such as nutrition, fitness or healthy lifestyle, I would be happy to do so.
