Class description

HIIT 

A short, intense workout which mixes cardio and strength intervals to get maximum benefit in a quick blast. No equipment needed.

Kettlebell

A strength workout that gets the blood pumping. Learn how to use your kettlebell, building up combinations of moves for brain and body training.

Pilates

Mat based training to build core strength, control and fluid movement.

Release and relax

For this mobility class you will need a foam roller. We will be using myofascial release and gentle stretching to release tension in your body.

Mobility

A mixture of dynamic and static stretching with some gentle muscle activation - to reduce stiffness and improve joint movement.

Bellydance - Intermediate

My weekly bellydance class goes online. Drills, combos, music and artistry.

Prenatal yoga

Yoga for pregnancy. Please let me know if you would like to attend this class in advance.

Baby and me yoga
For pre-walking babies and their carers. Baby massage and yoga.
