Covid-19

Stuck at home self isolating or working from home?

Climbing the walls yet? I've been talking to a lot of clients and friends who have concerns about accessing fitness during the pandemic:

  • Regular classes are cancelled
  • Many gyms are closed
  • Working from home means not being local to their usual training venues
  • Concerned about avoiding infection
It's more important than ever right now that you are able to access fitness - to safeguard both your mental and physical health. I'm offering a few options to support my fitness community, and more will be made available shortly.

Free training sessions

Break up your day and beat the cabin fever.

I'm offering  short sessions through my Facebook page. 15-20 mins of bodyweight or minimal equipment training that you can drop into. Videos also stay available on my timeline for you to access or repeat at your leisure.

Make sure you are following my Facebook and Instagram to find out when I'm going live.

121 Personal training

If you would like a more individual programme structured to your needs, I am continuing to offer online personal training with training sessions delivered via video link.

I can tailor your programme according to the space and equipment you have available at home.

Online Classes
My online classes are run through Zoom, allowing us to interact, chat and for me to give feedback on your form.  Class sizes are limited to allow me to properly supervise all participants.

Pilates, kettlebells and general fitness classes are available

Strong mums at home
If you want a bit more support and personalisation, but with the value of group training, this is a great option.

Strong Mums at Home is a semi-private training group available online. The programme is adjusted to suit your needs and you will attend a Zoom session (with no more than 3 others) once a week.
